Datuk Ariff Farhan is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience spanning both the private and public sectors, recognized for his strategic vision, transformative leadership, and commitment to national development.
With a strong foundation in law, business, and international diplomacy, he holds an MBA from UNITAR, an LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberystwyth, a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from USM and professional certifications from the University of Cambridge and other esteemed institutions.
Currently serving as Managing Director at Mindlogicx Asia and Executive Director at the Centre for Skills Advancement (COSA), Datuk Ariff is at the forefront of driving organizational growth, capital restructuring, and high-impact partnerships. His leadership extends into academia and governance, where he sits on the Board of Universiti Teknologi MARA, chairing the University Audit Council and contributing across finance, risk, and governance committees.
Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of the Human Resources Development Corporation, he played a pivotal role in advancing Malaysia's workforce development agenda. He led the rollout of national initiatives such as e-Latih, scaling it to over a million users, and spearheaded the Penjana HRDF programme, delivering significant economic impact through large-scale training and funding distribution.
